Data Link Layer
This is my research paper that details the second layer of the OSI model of computer networking. The data link layer is the protocol that transfers data between nodes or computer devices across the physical layer which is layer 1 of the OSI model of computer networking. The data link layer is all about local delivery of frames which is digital data begin transmitted. The Data-link protocols focus on local delivery, addressing, and media arbitration. So without the data link layer, data could not move in or out of the physical link in the network and there would be no transmission.
